Maryland HS Volleyball Coach Pretended To Be Teen Boy To Get Explicit Photos Online: Sheriff

A Volleyball coach posing as a high school boy to trick minor girls into sending him explicit photos has been arrested on child pornography charges, authorities say.

Evan Thomas Harris Frock, 32, of Taneytown used several Snapchat accounts to send, receive, and solicit explicit photos and videos of underage girls. He was arrested on Monday, May 9, according to the Carroll County Sheriff's Office.

Frock used the Snapchat usernames of volleygirlhan, volleygirl1025, laxguy2323, and pictures1025 to exchange photos and videos. Frock is employed as a long-term substitute and head Varsity Volleyball Coach at Westminster High School in Carroll County, officials say. 

It is believed that Frock has contacted over 1,000 Snapchat users. If you believe that you or your child was a victim of Frock, please contact the FBI Tip Line at 410-265-8080 or Carroll County Advocacy and Investigations Center at 410-386-3640, authorities say.

Frock has been arrested and transported to Carroll County Central Booking. He has multiple charges related to the solicitation, distribution, and possession of child pornography, say police.
